They were frustrated that they didn’t learn the skills they needed to walk their puppy in public.

Their puppy gets uncontrollably excited when they visit the vet, because the vet clinic means all of those puppies from puppy class right!?
They were told their puppy is a bully and now they are scared to let them play with other dogs because they don’t know what to do if their dog does bully another dog.
Their puppy learned toilet training really well, but chews everything and is always under their feet at home, and they can’t have people over because the dog jumps all over them and whines and mouths for attention.
If you want to have a calm puppy who knows what you want and is happy to do it, puppy class is only the first step. It is the safest environment to socialise your young puppy with other puppies, but will not give you all of the knowledge and practical hands-on skills to have an easy dog that listens no matter what.

Perfect for all puppies under 6 months…we’ll meet you where you’re at!
All of our programs are done as one-on-one lessons at your home or around town, so that you can get the individual attention you need.
The biggest difference between the programs is that the larger ones allow you to get results faster.
We do the hard work for you by working with your dog 1-on-1 in jumpstart training to escalate their progress. The more time we get to spend with your puppy, the faster they will be reliably listening in a variety of situations so you have more freedom to do things with them. People are astonished at the change around they see in their puppy after the jump start.
The longer programs also have more long-term support after the program ends for your peace of mind

PUP FOUNDATIONS
Start age is 8-13 weeks
Congratulations on having made the leap to get a puppy! Would you just love to have comprehensive guidance so that you know your pup will grow up to be the dog you’ve always wanted?
So many families realise too late what they could have prevented in their maturing dog if they’d only been equipped with skills and knowledge earlier on. Puppy class is fabulous for socialising your pup with other puppies, but may leave you at a loss for how to best equip yourself and your puppy with skills they need in the big wide world.
Do you want to ensure that your puppy doesn’t mouth and jump on guests, and is able to settle calmly in their crate when you need a break?
How do you best socialise your puppy? How can you help them become one of those amazing dogs that just walk down the street as if all the craziness around them is none of their business…bomb-proof to new things that might spook them?
We’ll cover all of that foundational training and more in this program. You will have the confidence and skills you need to raise a happy healthy dog who is easy to be around.
This program is typically completed in about 6 weeks and includes:
- In addition to face to face lessons, you get access to up to four Q & A calls with your trainer so that you can work through and resolve things as they come up.
- Training manuals by us that you can keep forever!
- Unlimited trainer support during the program. If you ever have a question or struggle, you don’t have to wait until our next lesson – we’ll help you out right away!
- Preventing and Solving Problems Like: puppy biting, chewing, not settling down, crate training and how to create an adaptable, resilient dog who will remain calm and happy no matter where you go.
- Equipping you with the most fundamental things you need to know to support your puppy as their brain and body changes through adolescence.
- All recommended equipment included
- Access to 2 months of text/email/phone support after the program ends should a question come up in the future.

Does your puppy listen most of the time, but just isn’t that motivated to stick close to you? As they get older you want to be able to go adventures on the lead, or walk down the street without them being over-the-top excited to follow smells and ignoring you when they see other dogs and people.
Your heart sinks when you see other families with a dog that is bouncing around on the end of the lead like a kangaroo and not happy to just trot along contentedly. You don’t want your puppy to end up like that too, but don’t know where to start!
Puppy class has been a great place for socialising your puppy, but you also want them to have all the skills so that they can be a calm and confident dog in public for the rest of their life. Together we’ll train your puppy to be that wonderful dog.
That way owning them won’t be worrying…and expensive with all the vet bills you have to pay when they get up to things.
Whether you want to be able to have guests over and know your puppy won’t harass them by jumping up or biting, or whether you would love to enjoy your puppy out and about with you at cafes and on walks and still have them listen and stay relaxed, we have you covered.
This program allows us to support you throughout your puppy’s key growth stages so that when things challenge you as they mature to adolescence at about 6 months, your life won’t fall to pieces, but you’ll instead have constant guidance and solutions to anything you and your dog might encounter on your journey together.

- As part of the Accelerate Training, you get personalised videos of your dog and the trainer training which you can keep forever so that you will always have tips to refer back to.
- Unlimited trainer support during the program. Get help when you need it!
- Field trips around town so that your puppy learns to listen and relax in new environments
- Access to our entire Video Resource Centre so that you can learn faster – visual advice to refer to from your trainer whenever you need it!
- Preventing and Solving your specific puppy related problems like mouthing, yanking on the lead, ignoring you around distractions, being too crazy in the house and more!
